Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es wirkt etwas kahl an den Wänden in den Zimmern. Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Couches in unserer Suite wirkten ungemütlich und unbequem, als Zusatzbett aber o.k. Zu bemängeln gab es, dass es nicht möglich war, während der drei Abende unseres Aufenthaltes im Restaurant des Hotels zu Abend zu essen. Das war sehr schlecht. Die Stadt ist einige km entfernt um dort dann zu speisen, abgesehen davon, dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen war, welches man dann auch nicht in der Nähe parken konnte in der Innenstadt. Also als Tipp für alle Neubucher- direkt bei der Buchung Tische reservieren und auch für den Spa- Zutritt Zeitfenster dazubuchen, Massagen und andere Dienstleistungen sowieso!

My stay at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Stadspark was pleasant and met basic expectations. The location was convenient. The room was clean and functional. The staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was a decent hotel for a short stay.

Betaling bij reservatie zou goedkomen volgens personeel, maar er werd te makkelijk over gedaan vermits dit niet doorgegeven was. Bij inchecken onvriendelijk personeel, bij het willen eten van een hapje in het restaurant wordt aangegeven dat deze gesloten is terwijl daar niets van gezegd werd (en aan de deur staat dat deze open is). Eten (omelet) was sober, andere hotels maken deze beter. Kamer was prima, ontbijt start later dan 6u30.

Hotel: OK kamers, alleen de bedden zijn erg zacht en de douche heeft af en toe een putlucht… Wellness: Klein maar wel goed. Wel gehorig, dus je hoeft niet voor je rust te komen. Restaurant Duur, beginnersfouten en niet veel smaak aan. Zo was bijvoorbeeld de rijst in de Poke Bowl steenkoud (dit hoort lauwwarm te zijn). Dit kwam gewoon rechtstreeks uit de koelkast. Ook soms 20-40 minuten wachten op je gerecht terwijl je bij de bestelling zowel voorgerecht als hoofdgerecht tegelijk moest bestellen. Daar heb ik altijd hekel aan. Het is vrij normaal dat je eerst je voorgerecht nuttigt en daarna pas bepaalt wat je hoofdgerecht wordt…

We had a really nice stay in the hotel. We arrived around 13.30 and were lucky that our room was already available. Staff was friendly at the reception. Evertime we entered they were greeting us. The breakfast was a little chaos, the 2 ladies were working a lot but it was too crowed for them to handly everything on time. I we may have one remark... we just missed a minibar in our room. The location is very good nearby the beach and city center.
